it has some supplements that help with the energy...it will take some time to get back to 100% again...good nutrition is important I drink whey protein shakes 2 a day I recommend it to everyone that detoxes you can get it up at walmart for 15 bucks for a 2lb can the chocolate flavor is good it loaded with vitamins ecential amino acids as well as the protien all of witch the body needs to heal...give it a little time and you will start to feel better

if your problem at this time is energy try drinking a redbull in the morning and another midday or take one of those diet/workout pills for a week or two to combat the lethargy for now. Also try to workout a little everyday. The energy is slow to come back but it does.

Hi there! If u can muster it try and move around some even if it's just for a few minuets! It really helps. I'm on day 5 and feeling so much better than this time yesterday. PLEASE don't take anything. Your so close I promise. Each hour will get a little better, you HAVE to believe that!! I have 2 children too and it does make it difficult. I would feel so guilty being "sick". BUT they would rather you be suck for a week and then straight than am addict. I promise u!! So hang on there. Your so close to turning the corner. Energy has always been what got me also. I've never been able to just sit in front of the tv for hours, and not have to get up to do something. Last time I went thru wd's, my son was 6 months old. It was not easy at all!!! At day 4, your really so far along, it would be horrible to go back to using, so please please dont!!! Day 5 and 6 seem to do well with people for mood, energy, and overall well being. L-tyrosine does help with energy, I myself had a hard time finding it. But those 5 hour energy drinks, have L-tyrosine in it, along with other things to help with energy. And all the vitamins in them wouldn't hurt either. I found that drinking one of those in the morning did help with my energy. Try to buy a pack of 6, cheaper that way, and drink one in the morning, and one in afternoon if it doesn't make you too jittery. They helped me. But you've done so great so far, please keep it up!!! Don't throw away the last 4 days!!! Its a great accomplishment, and you'll be sooo happy you kept going in a day or two!
