Am I in Tram wd..please any help is help!

Long story short Ive had a history with opiate addition. I stopped hard pills last Jan 08. Went on subs until Nov 08 (didnt know you shouldnt be on them that long). I have endometrosis and heard that trams were "a safe pain reliever" I got off subs in Nov...w/d bad NOT as bad as hard pills. Started trams end of Dec 08 60 50mg would last me 6,7, 8 days. I realized I was going back on that path and decided to stop CT last 2 i took was on 2/22/09.So i guess Ive been on them 3 months? Yesterday and today I feel okay..I have the chills really bad, cant sleep too well but I do get a few hours, sweats here and there. I managed to clean the house yesterday and today, and did 4 loads of wash. I think its my way of not letting this get me again. My head does feel funny...like how I felt when I came off effexor. Basically I dont feel great but Im okay. How long will this last?? Oh Ive been drinking water like crazy just to try and flush my system, does that help?
Thank you for any insight

Awesome you realized it and decided to stop. You sound like you are doing pretty good with making it through the w/d. Take hot baths for the chills and to just relax. It is good you are getting up and moving around the exercise is good. Stay positive!

Thank you both for taking the time to help me out...I realized the past few days...as HARD as these damn w/d's are I will NOT let them have my life anymore. Its the devil knocking on your door..we have a choice to let him in or not. As my husband says whos a US Army soilder..."Suck it up and drive on" If he can face death...damnit I can do this!

Thanks!!

definitely flushing with water helped me I think. Also (this sounds gross) I somewhat welcomed the bathroom issues because I felt it was ridding my body of the drugs. Maybe that's not a medically sound fact but mentally it helped me. I too tried to get up and do things. After awhile I would need to lay down on heating pad or whatever but in between I found I felt better (mostly mentally) if I at least did some laundry and/or cleaning. Going to the store was a major challenge but hey...we gotta eat, right? Keep it up, you are doing great.
