Beach detox?

I'm not sure what it was, but I decided to quit while on vacation at the beach. Whether it's the ocean, sun, vitamin d, staying active or what-I feel amazing. I tapered very quickly and feel amazing today!!!! I recommend for anyone quitting to get outside!!!!!!

The cleansing effects of the ocean, the salty air, soft breezes, the crashing of the waves while you bask in the sunshine sounds like just what the doctor ordered (so to speak). I can't think of a better environment to get clean and start anew! Congratulations!

Beach ocean makes all problems go away. Lol. At least for me. Glad to hear someone is at ocean. Lol. God bless you!

When i was detoxing off methadone my friend would drag me to the beach id lay down and for a few moments my worries would vanish i agree

Hi Fresh,  getting outside in the fresh air is the best, isn't it?  I found that the more I got myself outside, the better I felt, and the more energy I had.  I'm glad to hear that you are feeling well. How long has it been since you quit? Keep moving forward, and staying positive. Have you thought about any kind of aftercare? This will help as well. Take care, and all the best!
