Day 7 and going!

Well I am on day 7 and feeling ok. I have a doc appt. Friday and after advice from all of you I called the nurse and told her that I could no longer take vics. or  any other narcs. I feel great that I made that call but I am scared to death!!! I know it was the best thing I could have done but I still feel like I am going to regret it. I guess all I can is be proud of making that call!!!!        Thanks all who had advice for me!

No...u wont be sorry at all...there is no worse feeling in the world than being handed a scrip and knowing u should turn it down...but u dont...then u fill it...then u feel like a big fat loser....hope the appt goes well

so today is day 8..congrats..let us know how your appointment went..You will feel better in the long run to have told the dr..good for you..

you did the right thing!!! pat ypour self on the back! 1 week is great next 30, 60 ,90  keep strong. im at day 40 myself! we can do it     good lick keep us posted

congrats on 7 days, you should be very proud of yourself for being clean and calling to say no more vic's, that must have been very difficult. it's normal to be scared, but don't let that hold you back. way to go.

You did great ,I am very proud of you for doing that .I am sure it is one of the hardest things you have done . You did it to better your life and it will ... 7 days is GREAT  .You already have a week down .... Do something nice for yourself you deserve it .....
