I went to medical detox I was I'm methadone clinc on 60 mg I've been 5 days off it if I took a little just toady can it start me back to the start

Hi Trissy I hope you are doing ok. I know you have not had your heart in this Trissy as you were really scared you have been pushed along the whole time but you are here now and you really should try to make the best of it. Get rid of any methadone you have laying around that you can get our those you get it from. You will fail if it is readily available. Because you went to a Medical Detox does not mean you are not going to feel any wd there will be some so be prepared you are going to have to fight a lil for this Trissy there will be cravings as you found out The detox does not remove those.. I hope you have thought of NA meetings our even AA It helps to have the support of others that get it.  You sound clear in your post It does you justice Trissy. That crap was destroying who you are killing your spirit slowly. You are worth more you are worth fighting for. Probably won't help - the important thing isn't whether you fall off the horse (we do) it's whether you get back on...   don't let it get you down - learn and move forward.   I recently saw a guy with a few years admit he took a drag of weed.   The others in the group started in on him and I thought, "why?"   It's a disease yet some are so shocked when someone "slips".  Most of them were all hopped up on caffeine and cigarettes yet still throwing stones
