Cold air blast!!!

Well, I did what ya'll said. I walked the length of the driveway. (that's a lot) The  cold air blasted my *** off the couch!  I should have done that earlier. I put a load of wash in and ran the dishwasher. I took a couple of Excedrin. That probably didn't hurt anything. I know I have to keep moving no matter what. But it sure is hard when you hurt. But I hurt with the pills. ;-) Having said that, to all the newbies "KEEP MOVING" Hope the rest of the day is good to everyone. God bless

Good for you.  It is zero and below here and I hate anything below 50 degrees.  I try and move in the house a lot but don't have the energy for projects yet.  I know the energy is going to come back and I am trying but I hate winter.  I remember a life when running the dishwasher etc was rote... now it's an accomplishment!  I ditto your  KEEP MOVING...  Have a great tomorrow....

Katman, the ambien made me REAL depressed the next day. So does the amitriptyline. I think any of that stuff affects me the same way, anyway I think it's best I don't take anything. May be my age, drugs never affect me that way. The older you get the more you need them but I guess I used them to much when younger. ;-(
