Coping mechanisms for cocaine craving

How do I stop falling back into using once I've been off coke a while. Are there any simple methods I can employ? I am tired of letting myself and everyone else down. My health is being destroyed so.

I’ve only done Coke a handful of times.  I was googling medications and one for cocaine addiction popped up.  I don’t know the name of it but it intrigued me.  Something to ponder.

You have to go to the extreme of changing your environment, the people you hang out with and delete all dealer numbers.  When you have a craving exercise or take a walk. Eventually your body will adapt to not having coke and you will have replaced it with a health7 alternative.  Lastly, seek professional help. Think about how much effort you put into finding coke.   Direct that effort to healthy alternatives.

Why are you taking the cocaine? Are you taking it with alcohal? when are you taking it? Are your friends all cocaine takers? Ask yourself a lot of questions about your triggers and try to manage the feelings that the triggers give you, also cutting out getting into situations that trigger you can help.
