Could Weaning Valium Cause Numbness/Tingling?

Down from 25 or so mg a few years ago. Got to 15mg last year and stayed there. Started taper in August and got to 5mg last night. Feel pretty good except my L foot has been burning cold for a month or so, didn't think much of it, they both have been cold for a couple years (not burning) but got worse since I started tapering, it usually goes away in a few minutes. Now my foot/leg won't wake up fully. The tingling/cold feeling has started to wake me up at night. Has anyone else had numbness tapering Valium?

I once experienced my arms burning from tapering from valium but I attributed it to the suboxone I wasn't taking. I was consult your doctor on the matter. You may have already done this, thus this is why you are asking here. If that is the only symptom you are having I would try and stay positive as the valium wd can get pretty nasty.

Thanks again AtTheBeach. You always come up with the answers! I hope you are doing okay.

I check my BP, o2 and HR. My BP has been running a bit low 110/72. Sometimes its 96/60. HR runs from 63 to 75 resting. Just this cold, numb foot is bothering me a bit. It wakes me up and I hate when that happens cause it's getting pretty hard to get a good nights sleep. The weather might have something to do with it, we got a few inches of snow last night and this old house could use more insulation. We keep the bedroom around 65, woke up in the middle of the night with that foot out cold and just buzzing. lol. This too shall pass.    ;>)   Thanks again my friend.
