well ive woke up 2 no heroin for the first time, yes i took 30 mgs of methadone and 50 mgs of valium but heroin is not an option anymore , my stomach was turnin over but the methadone seems to have sorted that out, the valium has pretty much stopped the craving , i only have 30 mgs of methadone left and dont know wot 2 do with it, half of me wants 2 flush it down the toilet and half wants 2 drink it now and get rid of it, my plan though is 2 take 20 mgs tomorrow and 10 mgs the next day, didnt realise how much the valium would help so i will be savin them for the worst part of the wds, im shivering alot but it duznt help wen its only 2 degrees outside ,the worst thing is knowin tht 1 phone call and i will have heroin 2 smoke but there is no way im fallin for that this time, cant wait till my methadone is gone coz then the fight will really begin, thnx for yor support mh i will keep posting everyday as this is the only support ive got.  rob×

hey dude be really careful mixing methadone and valium its a deadly combo and if you mess up you dont get a second chance...good luck with your withdrawal its tuff
but it is doable you just got to be ok without being ok for a wile but it only last a few days
then you will be thew the worst of it hang in there ......Gnarly

Just wanted to wish you luck robert and congrats on doing this. It's so tough at first, but with some clean time under your belt it does get better. I would suggest you somehow get rid of your contacts to score dope. Getting some type of aftercare helps us to stay clean also. You can do this. Good luck and keep posting:)
