DAY 30 CLEAN!!!
I can't believe it!! A month I've made it a month! I never thought this day would come. When I woke and looked at the date on my phone I just started to cry. Bring it on world,I can do anything now!!
It was for me yes. I remember day 13..14...15 etc still being very low energy. I find the more I moved around and got out of the house it helped though. Even though you don't want to. Being around ppl outside my house is still hard for me. Along with little sleep. A lot better now though. I am getting 4-5 hrs a night instead of 0-2 hrs. You're doing great!! Keep going herewego1974 :)
Congrats!!!! That is the day I am looking forward to most as well. Day 30. Just from everything I have read, it sounds like that is when you really start turning that corner. I'm on Day 13 and I just have zero energy. After I wash my face and moisturize, I am out of breath. I do my makeup and go lay on the floor with my body stretched out. Please say that day 30 is WAY different than Day 13?!?!? So incredibly happy for you.

Miss Kris that is bliss! To say I'm proud of you would be a huge understatement! You are strong and you are amazing and YOU ROCK! Keep up that attitude baby because you CAN do anything. And you did! Yay! On to 60!!

Hey Sweetie, I am so happy for you and truly so inspired by you, you have no idea. And I am going to need your help and encouragement more than you know. You are right, my jump date is 12/26. I am going to post an update shortly because I am having a very difficult time and need both accountability and support; that will fill you in and we can catch up from there. I wanted to just tell you, before diving into my mess, how darn proud of you I am, and what an inspiration you are to me and everyone. I am SO happy for you xoxox. Great job, and what a mountain you have climbed. I literally have tears in my eyes because I am so proud of you xo.

And ndetox,i remember reading others posts on weeks or months ahead of me thinking the same thing. You'll get there. I still have very bad days...but they're clean days! :)
