Day 4... going going going

Good Morning Everybody!!! It is a beautiful day here in Texas!! I am on day 4 clean and I slept 9 hrs last night with the help of Meletonin. I woke up with a clear head and cooked breakfast for my kids!!! I thank God for being with me on this journey! With Him all things are are possible.
Yesterday Bama88 challenged us to to set goals for ourselves...so here are my goals for today.
1. STAY PILL FREE
2. PICK UP A LITTLE MORE AROUND MY HOUSE
(It's amazing the mess o jv let things get in!)
3. Take my son to the skatepark and drive by and scope out 2 NA meeting locations.
4.get up and get dressed and look like a normal person!!!
I will check back later... everybody be strong. Its the weekend so temptations may be higher. Be on guard. We are all in this together and we will make it thru together!!!

She will trust u... u need to come completely clean with her... if she knows uve done it this long on Ur own...she will only respect u!!!
I really think there is another issue going on... plz call her and unburden urself. You will feel so much better when u do...

Her kids are friends with my kids. But i think Im gonna call her up and ask her what to do. She probably knows Im an addict. She only rxed  me loratabs a couple of times in the beginning. When i fell off the ladder. But i don't want roll fess up to oxies. She might not trust me anymore. Were super close ya know.

Aw your to kind. Yes i had my morning ritual of my head hanging in the toilet. That goodness i keep that porcelain thrown sparkling clean. And still shakey. My family doctor is a woman. Were really good friends. But i have never talked about my pill habit with her. Never and she's an addiction specialist. Now that's funny. Ironically

Bamma... I am so glad to see u. I tried to post several times to Ur post last night and it wouldn't let Me!! How are u this morning??? Any sleep??? Plz go to the Dr. Go see a woman...its easier to talk to a woman!!! But throwing up and that much weight loss is not normal... don't addicts normally gain weight when clean!!! U r always here to encourage all of us so let us be here for u now. U are so strong!!! Let me know how U R this morning...

Oh and when we let our houses go the clutter and messes can heighten our stress level. The way we keep our house says so much about how we feel inside. When its messy its harder to find things.. Just like in our heads lol. Its a reflection of how we feel inside. When our houses are clean and tidy. We usually feel good in our heads. It just works that way.....tanya
