OMG DUHHH MOMENT !!

Hi guys, I'm now 59 hrs clean (Wooo hooo) and as u know it has not been pretty. Thank u to all who have kept me sane. I was and am having absolutely horrible restless leg. Tried absolutely everything, it eased a bit but I still want to cut my legs off. So I decided to come into my living room and watch a movie with my daughter and omg I feel so dumb I have a massage chair that I rarely used in past, but decided to try for my rls.
Ohh eemm gee it feels amazing on neck/back/legs. This is the first time my legs relaxed since I started my wd.
Why didn't I think of this sooner? I feel so stupid lol.
I'm sitting here now watching the lion king, no pain and my daughter climbing all over me. I love it!!! This is ny first happy moment since Monday.
I'm gonna make an appt fir full body massage tmw

Good for you!! (Now when can I come over and use said chair?!) I hope that you were able to get some good sleep, even if it was in the miracle chair. Onward my friend to bigger and better things...your freedom!

Yeah, I had restless leg pretty bad when I detoxed and still do. For me the norco hid the restless legs or started it and it continued.  If it continues and begins to really wreck your sleep...go to your doctor to get relief.  There are many things out there that can help.  Another suggestion...do not let the masseuse do a deep body massage.  It will loosen toxins that could restart some of the withdrawal symptoms.  Congrats on 59 hours..awesome!

So happy for you; I need one of those chairs.  It's awesome you're enjoying your daughter.  I'm trying so hard, but have been short tempered and impatient.  I have to get better for her.  Mine is so full of energy; she has ADHD and I wish I had half her energy.  Keep up the good work.
