You deserve to get yourself a treat, something you enjoy, a good book, tickets, special food or something to reward yourself.....The new book by Keith Richards is supposed to be unbelievable and quite a journey through his drug battle.....
Hope you are well.......thanks for all your support and suggestions!

Wow, I just had a little nap and I a mean a LITTLE nap (LOL) but it felt good and I'll take it anytime. I'm officially into day 6 (if I'm counting hrs) Yay for me! Thanks for the words sara, I am going to take them to heart. This time it's going to be different. I've been on the forum quite a bit today and I love how it's keeping me occupied and focused. I am so grateful I found this site while surfing the internet, the support and people here are so amazing and it will never be forgotten by me. Thanks to all of you again....K.J.
Congrats on your clean time!! Sleep and energy is usually the last thing to come back. The more you get up and do things the quicker you get those natural endorphins working again. They got real lazy always being doped up. Make you the No1 priority and do whatever it takes to stay clean and really live life. Your clean time should be the most sacred thing you have~~sara

Thank you for the words. When I read things like this it tells me I'm going in the right direction. You words of encouragenent are very motivating to me, showing that you care though, is undescribable! Thank you so much. God bless you brother....K.J.
K.J. Reading your post was so heartwarming. It sounds like you have the determination to kick this things ***!!!! Brother, I sent you a message and I meant everything I said. Good luck buddy and you were right to put your family first on the list of things you want to get back. The hockey game was huge for you. You made the decision to get up and out of the house. Pat yourself on the back for that one brother, if not you would have missed the 2 goals your boy scored, you're my hero :) AND, you took the first step to actually rebuilding what was taken away by this addiction....YOUR FAMILY. Keep it up my brother and YOU will score the double overtime game winner....Dave
