Day 6

I am a little lost. I thought I would feel better at day 6. But I don't. And the more I try to push through this, the more I think that I'm never going to feel normal. It feels like the worst panick attack for 6 straight days! Maybe I was too far gone to do this.

Hello, Dizzy73. I am starting day 4 today and I very much relate to your remark about a 6-day panic attack. I'm dealing with this also and wanted to encourage you. We can do this. I don't want to come off as minimizing what your going through. I found distraction really helps with the panic.  Some were advising me to watch a funny movie or a something lighthearted.  I thought it sounded too simple to work, but it actually helped. My prayers to you during this time. -Bonnie-

The energy will come back, I can't seem to do as much as I used to taking the pills but I know in my heart the pills cause fake energy.  At day 18 for me (17 wasn't good, had moved back to home state so I was extremely tired) because I was exhausted in mind and body due to the move.
I got "real" sleep last night and I feel 90% normal again.
You got this, God has this, I'm praying for you and everyone else here going through what we are.

Hylands Restful legs... It's Homeopathic and it worked wonders for me!!! Not sure what it is, but you have to get the Hylands.. The knock off Brand just doesn't work!
Give it a try! I don't know what I would have done without it

Honey,

I remember writing on day 7 "when is this going to get better??" I was totally freaking out.  But it did get better, and you will too.

Good suggestions here; just take this a day at a time.  You'll be feeling much better by this time next week, I promise.

Eat bananas, take magnesium/ potassium supplements,
hot epsom salt baths. Drink protein shakes, Gatorade.
Rebound pain is normal. It will ease up.
Wrap your legs in warm towels, heating pads,.
Walking around also helps.
Sending prayers,
Debbie

I'm coming to a close on my 6th night. It's still really hard!! I just need the physical stuff to pass. Besides the skin crawling, my legs hurt so bad!! And that pain in my legs has only gotten worse. I'm drinking lots of water. Any suggestions to help that?

no you are not too far gone.
yes you  will feel normal again.
keep the faith.
you have to be patient with the process.
time, time and more time.
after years of use, you cant expect to feel "normal" in 6 days.
keep moving forward.
hydrate, clean eating, move around as much as possible, get some
sunshine, vitamins, time, time and more time.
your body needs to starting producing its own natural chemicals again.
be encouraged,
congrats on  days.

Aww sweetie, your right where you need to be.  I know it's disappointing when you don't feel better in 5 days.  Some detoxes take longer, you should be feeling some what better.  What are you struggling with ?  Is it physical, tummy issues or depression and mental?
You are so worth it.  Please keep up the fight.  You've came thru the worst of it.
