Day 7 without pills!!

I feel so close to normal! I am so glad the physical part is pretty done. My head still feels off. I am light headed and I feel like my body is on auto pilot but at least it's moving. Like I said we are moving to a different post for the Army so I have been able to keep my mind busy by packing, cleaning and getting ready for all that. I think the change of scenery will help a lot. We have been living in a civilian neighborhood and I have nothing but love for civilians but they don't understand our lifestyle at all so it will be nice to back amount other military families. Anyways praying has been my go to on getting through the withdrawals. Such power in the name Jesus. I will try and keep everybody posted but I am hoping to get out in the sun and never look back! When the sun comes out...it's snowing right now. Lol.

Congrats on 7 days!!!  Getting up and moving around is the best thing for you right now so you are getting those natural endorphins working with all the packing!!

I understand the snow, and more snow, and now the Blizzard Watch with more snow and the windchill warning as we are at -40 plus below!!  The sun will come out tomorrow???!!!  lol

Way to go on reaching day 7, same for me! I understand the auto pilot feeling. It truly helps seeing that you're not alone or feeling like no one knows what you're going through. Keep on being an inspiration to others, you are one of mine! Keeping busy and prayers have been helping me also. Good luck with the move and keep on fighting for that clean, healthy life we all are striving for!
