Day 7......

felt the best waking up today (without pills) that I have for almost three years. Got about five hours, woke up several times but got right back off. Sh!t, I've taken the dog out, done some dishes, showered and am actually looking forward to going to work???? and it's only 5:30 in the morning???? I know there is still a long road ahead and am not trying to fool myself that the hard times are behind me but....if a good day comes along, then sh!t I'm going to enjoy it!!!
Thank you all so much for your continued support. You guys really are awesome.

I don,t know about you guys but iwas  in 1st day of detox and was searching the net for something anything at  the time ,and I stumbled upon this site. it has really helped me so much. its amazing the support I found everyone is looking for the same thing here. freedom to go and do without fear. but I know this is the e-z part the next few weeks have to be carefully navigated. remember people places and things have to change. meetings have to be attended. I know this I know relapse is knocking on your door at all times. stay strong y,all    go out and beat the walls down today! peace out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I,m with ya dude !I feel pretty decent energy level not back yet but I,ll take any way I can get it. 7 nights in a row I ,ve stayed up all night long .well I,m gonna try and stay up  all day to change that around probally go out on the dock in awhile and jump off hope that will keep me up. guess  I better take a life jacket just in case. lol.keep on keepin on!!!!!!!!!!peace out!!!!!!!!!!!!!happy 7
