Day four today.... Yesterday was a rough one. But feeling better today. Still rls like no other... But moving helps. Hoping to get our this weekend ... Sun, park, exercise... Hears to another day dwn. Whoop.

Sorry guys.... Been .... Well.... Crazy. I got really sick... They think its cysts on my ovaries... Idk. I hate doctors.... Lol. Still hanging in there.... Been rough days... And good ones... But keeping the faith. Have severed all ties with the old... So it's going to be a battle I know.... But a battle I wanna win!!!

I like that .. If we can make it today, i feel tomorrow will be easier..
I've been clean since '99 and i can tell you , getting into meetings early on is so important, getting a sponsor and keeping the momentum in your program alive through the "closed" meetings is critical, even when your mind says you can do it alone., that's the disease talking.  If you've already proven to yourself, you can't do it alone, trust that's a fact. and get involved. It's the only way to FREEDOM. Best of life to you all in early sobriety. Keep up the good work and stick together. You need each other right now.

Weather is bad here now so I haven't been able to get out to neither and I can tell it has taking a toll on me :-(

Hey  congrats  to day is your day 5 ....things should be a lot better soon  just hang in there....as I have said many times  this is 1/3 phyical and 2/3 mental  it is the mental ''mindscrew'' that brings you down ...long after the pills stop the addict in your head is alive and well  this is why aftercare is so critical...as always I recamend the N/A program it has been the magic bullet for me...it is free the meetings are only a hour long and will give you some place to share with people that understand what your going threw....it will give you the copping skills to stay clean  keep posting for support..........Gnarly

EXCELLENT, stay positive and get some sun in the AM it does wonders the rls is a killer seem nothing helped me but in time it passed I ate HUGE amounts of bananas plus l-lysine I think that was the pill been awhile so check it out first hahaha best wishes.
