lol too funny! I am a Bearsfan my whole life! You are only about an hour from me! Talking to your psychiatrist will deff help! You got this! We got this!!
First off you need to tear up that norco script, and cut all your recourses for getting the pills. You're going to be just fine,do not stress yourself out. It does suc k but it's totally doable. You just have to keep telling yourself this is going to end soon and there is a beautiful rainbow at the end. You really need to get some imodium, you don't want to run outa class every few minutes. Keep water or Gatorade on your desk at all times. You NEED to stay hydrated. Like bears fan said get the Epsom salts for a hot bath after work. It will help some. Get some melatonin for sleep. I know it's hard but try to eat. High potassium is good for rls. Bannanas are good. I hate pretzels but I ate so many just so i could drink tons. Lol I know silly, but you will find what will work for you too. When a new symptom comes then get on here and tell us,we will try to help you anyway way can!! You are doing the right thing, very proud of you!!
I called my psychiatrist that had been handling my treatment for depression I hope he'll have some suggestions.

thank you so much I love you, even though you're a Bears fan. I'm a Bengals fan stranded in Los Angeles. thank you thank you thank you you will be hearing from me.
sorry posted before I was done!
telling my husband was the best thing I ever did! He was there to support me and keeps me accountable so I do not relapse!
You can do this and if you need me just send me a message!
You should probably look into taking a few days off for the physical part. I know if I had to work with going threw the first few days I would not of been able to do it! Just push yourself.
You might want to think about telling your wife, I was afraid to tell my husband but
okay I'm going to do it. I'm scared to death but I'm going to do it. I have 3 kids and a wife and I teach middle school so this should be difficult but I have to do itfor my wife and kids and my students any support you can offer would be great thank you for the suggestions in the last post I appreciate it.
I am not familiar with neurontin, but I would be careful of taking to much.
I went CT for the second time around 47 days ago due to an accident. The first 3-7 days are the worst physically. Feels like the having the flu really bad. Get Imodium, Gatorade, vit. you have to make yourself get up and move around as much as possible. Getting outside as much as possible also will help. Get Epsom salts for hot baths to help with RLS. Then you have the mind to deal with. That is the hardest part.....you have to let your drs. know so that you have no way of getting more pills. Staying clean is an every day struggle so look into after care AA/NA to keep you on track.
You can do this, we are here to cheer you on every step of the way.
Also posting what you are going threw will help since we have all been there and know what you are going threw!
Also I am not sure where you are from but I know they have really cracked down on pain meds and with you getting them from 2 different drs. can cause problems down the road.
Good luck
I do really want to stop it's gotten to the point now that it's consuming my every day thought. I do have some neurontin that the doctor has given me do you think that might be helpful to calm down the detox
Welcome! First off are you wanting to stop or just until you can get your norco's? If you are wanting to stop we can help you...let us know what you want to do.
