I use very low dose of Trazadone and it works like a charm. I have severe RLS and after years of suffering, I found relief. I mean low dose. I get 150 mg tables and cut it into 4 pieces.
Not a miracle drug but made it bearable.. I recommend it !! lesa

there is an article in the health pages on a study done on rls patients and help with the symptom..staying active during the day can help..running. walking etc...i am not sure what is in this otc med? can u read the bottle and type it here...? there r also rx meds if it gets too bad...but for addicts this symptom passes when the brain heals...massage, compression wraps, muscle relaxers, nerve blockers like neurontin, hot soaks can all help til this passes//and it will..rls is caused by a lack of dopamine..and when ur brain heals and gets back to regular production level//this will pass..usually lasts only a wek or 2 for most..i work out daily and didnt have this during wd...my mother/not an adict is afflicted with it and takes an rx med for it
many say bananas help..i have yet to c where this would be associated but why not try..tonic water is also a thing people drink for rls...anemia is often associated with rls/a lack of iron in the blood which many addicts have as we were not focused on our nutrition/only our pills during active addiction
the health pages r to ur left under DISCUSSION...go there and learn...keep posting
I don't remember the name of the brand that helped me but it was restful legs and I bought them at walgreens. It is awesome that you have decided to detox. Everyone experiences detox differently and maybe you will not even have rls. If you need anything please feel free to write. Also look at the thomas recipe. It has great suggestions on what to get before detox. Good luck and keep in touch.
