Duragesic 50mg Patch Problems

I have  been on duragesic patches for 6 months now 50 mg every 48 hours and i take a lot of hot baths.  7 - 8 per day and while the patch is on my chest area.  I always seem to feel like killing myself and hate the way I feel.  I don't quite no the feeling other than I feel like everything is in slow motion, I feel like I can't be still. legs are always twitching, and feel totally meserable.  I think the hot water might be making my patch lose the medicine and maybe im having withdraw symtoms.  I dont know what to do

No, No ,No, hot baths cause the fentanyl in the patch to be released into your system more rapidly. There is a warning in the literature you get with those patches warning you not to do this. There have been fatal overdoses attributed to taking hot baths while wearing these patches.
