Elimidrol

Has anyone tried this? And how did it work for you? I'm 40 and tapering off of 8 Norco 10's per day for back issue. I've been through a tramadol withdrawal and that was the scariest time of my life!! I could kick myself in the a$$ for ever taking 1 pain pill ever again!!! Ugh I read loads of testimonies about Elimidrol but wanted to see if anyone here had had success....

How was your experience with the Elimidrol?  Did you find it really helped you?

Thank you - I really appreciate the help.  I'm so scared to take the jump, and with no one knowing my issue, I have no one to talk to.  I want to do this, but am terrified I won't be able to go about my day to day life (aka work) - and I'm just like you - I HATE pain and I'm a HUGE baby.  Hoping the elimidrol will help... I just want to get this OVER with already :(

Yes it helped a lot. No it doesn't relieve the pain but if you are up and moving and feeling ok in other areas, the pain can be tolerated.

No it's not a mind game. I'm a baby it's being sick and in pain. It helped me a lot. You use it 7 - 21 days. Usually after 10 the worst is over.

Really???  Part of me feels like it's going to be more of a mind game, me "telling myself" it works, but it doesn't.   To hear that it helps with anxiety is huge to me.  I would assume that it doesn't take away the "pain" of WD 100%.... but you really felt it helped you?  How long did you need it for if you don't mind me asking?

It works. It helps. The queasy, lightheaded, anxiety, chills. Yes all of that.

Yes the taste is yuck. Choke it down. Mix it with orange juice or a smoothly. It is worth it.

Can someone tell me their experience with Elimidrol?  Part of me wants to believe it works - the other part of me is worried it's all just propaganda on the pharmaceutical company's part...........

After a long night of the Tramadol making me twitch and see random lights and spots, I haven't taken anymore of it.  It kept me awake all night last night with some pretty ridiculous side effects.  It isn't worth it.  I just woke up from a nap a few hours ago and most of the cyst pain has subsided so fortunately I will not need pain medicine anymore anyway.  None the less, I will not be taking the Tramadol ever again.

I definitely agree about the  lapropscopic (sp? Mind is fuzzy right now) surgery. I had horrible endometriosis and ended up having a hysterectomy. My prayers are with you! I don't think 3-4 days of the tramadol will hurt you. Just be careful because it does make you feel good with energy (least it did me) which is what got me addicted. I'm here to listen!  I'm new but I already love this forum!

We are here for you!!!  Just keep posting. I would go back, you may need laprascopic surgery to clean out. My giant cyst was misdiagnosed for a year; I could feel it but every doc kept missing it somehow. Then i went for a fertility work up and they shot dye through my Fallopian tubes and I cried out in pain. There was huge mass blocking my tube. They sent me right to gyn for ultrasound and said I needed surgery right away. I was so pissed because I could feel it for a year.  Anyway, you may need to get cleaned out. And definitely try to avoid taking any pain meds longer than absolutely necessary because you know the addictive nature is in you. I hope you feel better, keep us posted.

I will be careful.  I realized the error of my ways with the Ambien.  That is why it really is best for me to just have my husband keep them and give one to me every night.  I can't imagine a cyst that big.  I can feel mine and it is about the size of a cherry small tomato.  Really, this pain medicine isn't working for me at all.  I feel like I got shorted with a crappy prescription.  Loratab would have probably worked better.  Thanks for chatting with me ladies.  I could use someone to talk to these days.

I always had cysts too but only one rupture- horrific. They put me on Percocet but only for a week and the pain did not and should not last longer than that. Even when I had emergency surgery to remove an ovarian cyst the size of a grapefruit i only needed meds for a week. If you have addictive tendencies then you should definitely not take the tramadol for more than a few days. If pain not gone in few days go back because something else may be going on. And PLEASE be careful with Ambien and now these drugs, could have accidental overdose. Happens all the time when sleep aids combined with opiates.

I already take Prozac to control my seizures so hopefully it will keep the serotonin levels in check after I stop taking it.  I will be done with this by Sunday whether my pain is gone or not.  I refuse to take it for more than 3 days.  I have taken Loratab before and I didn't have any problems or withdrawal symptoms after taking it for three days.

This pain is so bad that it has me shaking.  I hope it subsides soon.  I wonder if only taking the Tramadol for two or three days would cause a hard WD.  feels like someone is randomly stabbing me in my ovary.  It hurts so bad I can't even hide the pain.  My knees just give out and I double over in pain.  I don't like to draw attention to myself and  it was pretty awkward going to the doctor.  I have had cysts but this is the first rupture I have ever had.  Which is odd seeing as how I am almost 36 and I have had cysts for at least 13 years now.  I got an endometritis infection right after my son was born and the cysts came with it.

Crazy please please be careful with the tramadol. The problem with it is it has an antidepressant ingredient as well. So when you get off you withdrawal from the opuate and that as well. Please don't be on it long. I was on it for 6 months. When I stopped I had to go stay with my mother for 2 weeks I was so sick!

I have never abused pain medication, but I do have an unhealthy affection for Ambien.  My hubby is a cop and he hides the bottle from me so I can't take more than I am supposed to.  I wanted to take his head off when he started doing that because I was thinking with my addiction brain and took it as an insult.  I came around and got over it.  Now when I pick it up I just hand it over to him on my own.  I still don't trust myself with it.  I used to get up and take more and not remember any of it.  The straw that broke the camel's back for  my hubby is when I got up and somehow managed to pop 12 more 10mg Ambien.  It could have gone very bad but I was lucky that it didn't.  I still have to take it every night.  I don't like that I do but at least I am taking it as directed now.

Crazy, so sorry to hear that! I had severe endometriosis until I had kids (5 IVF cycles later) and had a ruptured ovarian cyst once. I am tough as far as pain and that had me on the floor writhing in pain, nearly passed out. I feel for you! Are you concerned because you abused meds before?

Oh no.  My doc just gave me Tramadol this morning for a ruptured ovarian cyst.  I shouldn't need it long but I DO NOT want to have withdrawal.  I am not hearing much good about this medication.  I am in some pretty nasty pain.  I don't know what else to do.  I don't think he is going to be too happy with me if I call him and ask for something else.  I don't want him to think I am seeking drugs.

I have never heard of Elimidrol.  I hope you can find something that works for you.
