Experiencing hallucinations and twitches 24+ hours after coke.

Around about 26 hours ago I had about 3-4 grams of Cocaine, spread out over a period of 4 or 5 hours. I'm still experiencing lots of twitches and I keep jumping and getting scared at things like doors closing, even when I closed the door myself. I am also experiencing hallucinations like the classic cocaine bugs under my skin, bats and other flying things flying around my room in the dark and I've seen several cars drive by on busy fast roads backwards (and no, they definitely weren't reversing). I've taken cocaine a large handful of times and never experienced anything like this, I actually dislike the fact that is doesn't last very long at all. I haven't been able to stop touching my nose all day and I keep sniffing, I've experience this sniffing thing before but no where near as much as I'm doing it at the moment. I'm also experiencing mild paranoia and the inability to sleep.

Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Wayyyyy back when (30 years ago) cocaine was my DOC.  I never had any of the reactions you had but I had friends who had some weird reactions, everything from paranoia to hallucinations.  If the symptoms get worse or don't lessen up soon I agree with the above posters who say go to the emergency room.  No need to take chances!

My friend had this a few times. I think it's just a come down after having a lot of it. People react in different ways (some people don't experience come downs) but some have extreme. A few months ago my friend took a quarter of MDMA and the next day she couldn't leave her room, only wanted to be in the dark and didn't like it when I asked questions as it made her paranoid.

Hi there and welcome. I don't have much experience with cocaine, but I do know that is a lot to take in a short period of time. I would really keep an eye on your symptoms and go to the ER to get checked out if they get worse, or don't subside soon. Hopefully someone with more personal knowledge about this will be along soon. Please take care of yourself and good luck to ya.
