Fog?

OK, day 13 of ct WD and I am just in a total fog.  While my body feels so much better, I can't think straight and bean hardly carry on a conversation...it seems even worse than when I was buzzed on Tramadol, and I just can't shake it.  Awful headaches too.  I am doing the L-Tyrsoine, but doesn't seem to help.  Is this normal?  When can this start to ease??  Going out of my mind cuz have several big decisions to make in the next two months and fear I am not thinking clearly!!!

The fog seems to go away as the brain heals. Keep steping forward and you will love it as your head gets clearer and clearer. I  had 16yrs of pills and comming around great. I also take alot of vit/min natural and eat high protein diet. My friend is into natual remidies so I take alot of things to charge up the brain. You are doing great keep on pushin forward and do not look back.

The fog is very normal and it does lift.  Try and keep yourself busy, go for a walk etc.  This will help.  You are doing great so keep it going!
