GABA assistance with magnesium/calcium and /valerian to sleep

Do any of these help with Ultram ER withdrawals? I SINCERELY need help. Have been taking Topax (Chronic Severe Migraines) and Ultram w/ Savella for a failed back suregery. ANY ADIVSE WOULD BE A GODSEND!  Also, Tylenol x, or ibuprofen,,,,and thoughts on benadryl for sleep

I discovered this all natural sleep aid. It's called Alteril and u can get it at ne pharmacy or wal mart. It helps !! It's got melantonin, valerian root, and l-tryptophan n it. Non addicting and works well!!!

What happened with the doctor and the rx?  Those things may help except the benadryl can make you more restless.

It's just so bad to c/t this med..

Valerian and melatonin 3 mg is good.
