Good Morning

Hi All- Yesterday was a bit better and today will be even better than yesterday. I tried to get into my new doc yesterday but they just don't have an opening until October 19th. It just seems soooooo far away. I want to do this! I want to confess and get help. I am going to call again today and see if there is anyway they can squeeze me in. I am goingto call every single day until I drive them crazy and get in! I need this support. I know I do! I am so happy that I am still clean today but I must say the depression is unreal! I want my brain or shoot I mean I want my soul back. Don't know what I would do or where I would be with the support from all of you!!!!!!! Thank you ...you keep me going! Its beyond a mental battle. No caving!

Are you going to meetings?  That really helps a lot of people!  You just have to have some "in person" support.  We can help, but it takes more than that.  It really does.  Until you get in to see your new doc, try some St. John's Wart.  I have heard of it being a good supplement for depression and mood.  (no personal exp though)

I would ask to talk with the nurse and tell her what is going on.  I bet they could squeeze you in.
