Are you going to meetings? That really helps a lot of people! You just have to have some "in person" support. We can help, but it takes more than that. It really does. Until you get in to see your new doc, try some St. John's Wart. I have heard of it being a good supplement for depression and mood. (no personal exp though)
I would ask to talk with the nurse and tell her what is going on. I bet they could squeeze you in.
