Hello Again!

I haven't been here for a while but I just passed a milestone and wanted to check in. May 1st I hit my 18 month anniversary!  It actually came and went without me even realizing it. I'm doing better than ever and I feel great!  I hope everyone is doing well and I wish all who are struggling right now the determination and strength you need to face your demon head on and succeed....it can be done!  A little back story on me...I had a 20 to 30 pill a day habit for 13 years. I was absolutely at the end of the line in every sense of the phrase. I lost my job because I never went in, I almost lost my husband and kids and had no hope. I finally admitted defeat and checked into rehab....the best decision of my life....and took it from there. I can't believe its been a year and a half since I took a pill...its an amazing feeling!  I want to bring a little hope to those who need it most. Have a great day everyone!

Energy takes a while to return....it took a good 6 months for me to feel much better then at a year I really started feeling like my old self. Its definitely a long process but one that's so worth it....
