Hello "old" friends and new

I haven't forgotten you all who have been so kind to me.  Just passed the anniversary of my mom's death, and made it thru, though it was sad.  Won't rehash my story here, but coming up on 2 years (not counting a stupid impulse which made me take xanax from a co-worker back in September- not my proudest moment to be sure!!).   I guess I just want to send love and best wishes to all and say some days are hard, and we may backslide, but we can make it.  Still lots of struggles just like all of you - life in general, jobs, sick relatives, rehashing mistakes, guilt, worry over my sister's children (another longgggg story) - but we CAN make it.  I just wanted to say hi to all of you who have been so supportive.  Most of you probably don't remember me, or never knew me to begin with, but if I can help ANYONE in any way, I am here.  God bless you all.

as you can see, I'm still a night owl..sleep? But it just keeps getting better. I made a plan to get myself clean and so far so good. Flushed pills. Called pharmacy. Changed Drs. Finally told my hubby. 1st week was hell. Day 21 wasn't great..But today is good. I am on the road to recovery..

It gets easier and YOU WILL MAKE IT!  Hang in there - some days will be tougher than others, and you might even slip up, but just believe in yourself and keep going.  It is so worth the effort, I promise.
