I been trying to get off sub I been use them for a week now for the last 3 days I've been breaking them down into 4peace n now I'm on my last peace I use a peace a day. I have a few clonidine about 5 what to do to keep to kick it all do I get a few bars or what

i THINK i understand the 'few bars' comment, but not sure.

don't trade one drug addiction for another.  you have only been using sub's for a week.  thank your lucky stars for that.

you cannot go over, under or around withdrawals, you have to go THROUGH it.  there is no other way.  if it were not so painful then nobody would ever stop using.  the worse it is, the more likely it is that you will never forget it.  

have you started looking for support through aftercare yet?  that is going to be your best bet.  you can do this, but you have to stop looking for a 'magic pill'. no such pill exists.

many people trade a somewhat mild withdrawal for a horrendous one by trying to cheat through it.  luckily you have only been on the sub's for a short time.  if you think the withdrawals are bad now, read up on people who have been on them for years, decades and you will know that is not a road you want to go down

I truly believe in having a plan. What of how much are you using the subs to quit? If I understand, you only used sub for a week? Give us more info and we can help more.

e you under a doctor's care? In other words are you following a taper plan or are you doing this alone?
