Ending day 17

This has been the longest 17 days of my life. But I am so happy to say that these last 2 days have been amazing. I haven't felt this good in a long time. The little things make me happy again like watching my 3 beautiful little girls play together I'm so happy to have my life back. For those of you just starting out it does get better and you can do it.

I have thought it out and I've done it for the last 3 years. I have never once taken meds from her an I don't plan on ever doing it. There is no other choice. I live with her and my 3 little girls. I think it makes me stronger at least I hope so. I am determined to stay clean

HI congrats on 17 days clean.....you swent up a red flag when you said your giving tyour grandma vicaden its just not good for us to handle narcotics especially in early sobriety if there is anyway tyou can get around doing this PLEASE DO IT its just not worth the risk we all have bad days and good days it will be in a time of weakness that you fold and go for the pills im 820 days clean and wont touch my wifes bottle of vicaden for that mater I donr even know where she keep it and dont want to im not obove falling down any more then anyone else I work my aftercare but I have my moments please think this one out......Gnarly

My guard is definitely up. I take care of my 88 year old grandma and she takes Vicodin and fentoynol patches that I give her and it makes me feel good knowing that it doesn't bother me to give those to her and for me to not even want them. I haveore will power than I thought.
