Hey friend's.....It's been a while for me :-( But i'm back! :-)

So i was clean from all narcotics.....IE:Norco's, for two months. From Oct 3rd, to Dec 4th. But for some lame reason, i thought i could take just on, which was such a lie i told myself! This past Sat i had a wake up call that made me jump back on the wagon. I messed up for a little over a month, but i'm back now and determined again. Yesterday was my first day and let me tell you, it was hell!!! But i know i can do this, so i just wanted to say hello to all the friends who helped me out my first time around! I hope you're not too disappointed in me!?!?!?

Welcome back! Most of us here have messed up, i couldn't count the relapses i had in the past, but not giving up means there is hope. I think it's the guilt that hurts us the most, we can be so hard on ourselves and should be, but it sounds like you learned a lot from this so you can only move forward. Aftercare aftercare aftercare, lol. Now you say it:) good luck.

p.s. learning your triggers like you are doing is very important also.

Thank you all so much! The reason i didn't come on the forum is bcause i knew i had messed up and  i was already feeling so guilty! It's weird because when i look back on the day i 1st messed up, i can see exactly what triggered it! I really didn't understand the whole trigger thing before. I mean i did, in the sence of seeing the pill's, being around them, and having acess to them.....but now i know theres a little more to it then that. I'm going to fix my profile in a few day's........when i feel better. Then i'll start my tracker over again :-(

See, you have to stick with the forum. SO many people come here, get clean then leave. If you stay and have the same people here with you, meet new people with new struggles that maybe you can help..then the desire to relapse may not be as strong. Glad to have you back. And good luck...
