Hi there
Sorry I havent been on in a while but I have been moving house. I am now living just outside manchester in a really nice little village. I am still on the tramadol I am sorry to say, I have been so busy with the move that I havent been able to think never mind try and do something like that.
I am now looking to cut down again. I really want to make a new start for my self. I haven't spoken to any of my old friend in about 4 weeks now. I really want to sort out my life.
I hope that you all will still be there for me even though I havent been on for ages.
I know that some of you didnt believe my last one of these. I am not asking you to. All I am after is some understanding and help.
I hope that you all will do that for me.

Hey Johnny,
I Know moving is the pitts. I also put off detoxing to go help my mom move.  I had the ideal time to do it b/c my husband was off work and I had taken the time off work myself.
Over the summer My mom really needed the help and had no one to give her an extra hand so I felt obligated to help.
I had tapered down to 1-2 trams every day b/f I went to help her move and then found myself a month later back up to three and sometimes four.  
Anyway in the past two weeks I have had ten days clean of tramadol and making so much progress.  I have made my mind up that I don't want to waste any more time on this drug and so far I am making it.
I wish you all the love and support in trying to get off the tramadol. Its a worthwhile battle and you can win when you make up your mind, we all can.
Keep posting and best of luck in your new house and new surroundings.

Welcome back!!  Of course we will be here for you!!  I have never taken tramadol's, but i know you already know you have to taper, when the time is right...Congrats on starting over, sometimes it takes a move and friend change....Good luck
