try the "suboxone talk zone" - - just throw that into your search engine - - Dr Jeff Junig runs that site and its got all the info about buprenorphine that you could ask for. Sub doesnt act like other narcotics so the same rules for quiting dont hold true with subutex. The bad news is that it takes a little longer to detox from....the good news is that the symptoms are not as severe. knowledge is power with this issue.....read posts and learn as much as you can about the adversary!!
Subs take awhile to leave the body, but it definitely gets better and better. Never heard anyone with a lot of clean time say, "Gosh, I sure wish I was still addicted to something." You can do this, just try to move around and get as much exercise as you can. How much where you taking and what dose did you jump off at? That has a lot to do with what symptoms and how long the symptoms will hang on. Take baths as hot as you can stand it with a lot of epsom salts in them and take a cal/mag/zinc supplement, 400% RDA in the morning and evening. That will help with the restlessness. Amino acids, vitamins, and minerals help heal and reduce some of the withdrawal symptoms. Hope you feel better soon. Keep posting for support.
It should start getting better every day. Look up the Thomas Recipe on the site and start the vitamins and amino acids they help alot.
Hang in there you are on the road to freedom
