I was taking 2 a say since feb March then after a few months it was switched to tramadol 1-2 tabs 3 times a day. September I was put back on hydros 7/325 3 times a day. Then I had to have surgery for a hernia removal and was put back on hydros 1-2 tabs 5/325 every 4-6 hours and did that religiously then ended up with a collapsed lung 11/7 and was given dilaudid every 4 hours for pain from chest tube and then hydros again when I went home. And until the week of thanksgiving I cut them down to only 2 a day and then thanksgiving took the last pill. I hate feeling like this and was beginning to think there was something else going on on top of my withdrawals. I lost 40 pounds since January of this year and hope to start gaining again. Ohhhh I need to get back to normal kids are calling me :) I got on this path because I can't take NSAIDs so any other suggestions for headaches and things?!
It's never just one; how many times have we all tried that. Stick with it and keep telling yourself that you will never have to go through this again if you stay clean. It will get better; 7 days is awesome!!
One is too many and a thousand is never enough. You can't control your usage hun.
I hate to use the word but it will take time. No two people are alike so it is hard to say when you will feel better but I do know for sure that you will. Try Motrin or Advil, Aleve..one of those and see if it helps with the headache.
Please hang in there. If you give up now you may not make it back.
Keep talking. It does help.
Hey Iro 7 days is GREAT! Dont give in to taking the meds & throw what you have out. I'm with you on the aches, especially headache but i just keep looking at posts. You can do this...keep it up & get rid of any you have.
