How long will the goose bumps last?

I have been off vicodin for 6 days now yaaayyyy! I feel fine except I keep getting bad goose bumps. It is so annoying, i took a small dose of suboxone for the fist 2 days, then ultram for the rest of the days. Now i am going to stop the ultram. So i will be completly clean. I took the vic for 2 years straight. All i want is to stop these awful goose bumps.

sorry, take a lot of hot showers too  , they will make your muscles and your whole body to feel much better about these goose bumps

i can remember well this feeling aggg i hated it. somehow it was much worse for me the first time i quitted so maybe the magnesium and the valerian root i took this second time helped me.

i was also  advised to take some bifidus stuff that makes good  the intestinal flora which i followed and all on all this time these stomach cramps were much milder.
