How set back am I?

I am 6 days clean and over the holidays took 10 tramadol. How far back did it set me?

I am clean still but feel horrible...not getting much relief still. I have constant body aches. High anxiety, sneezing like crazy

Hey Girl.....well as long as you keep putting narcotics in your system your brain cannot heal....a doctor once told me...it is kinda like this...you see a child do something silly and it makes you laff...that is like your endorphin gland getting a soft touch and you feel good....you eat a handful of pills and it is like hitting it with a hammer  not only does it give the addict more gratification  but after time the touches of everyday life no longer respond  hence the deep depression many go into when you first get clean....the longer you use the worst it gets....just know this with time it will get better  but you have to be willing to do the work in order to heal....try to put as much time in your recovery as you did getting high...if you do in 6 months you will be amazed at how good life is starting to get...Ive been clean a wile now and still hit 3 to 4 N/A meetings a week...it is what it takes for my recovery it is time to get serious about your recovery b/4 this disease kills you....as always keep posting for support we dont shoot our wounded.............Gnarly...............................................

No ones knows, my friend. You are in meetings now right? It would be great to see you get help for some of this anxiety. Throwing yourself into a program will do that. Keep the focus on healing, and what clean peeps tell you instead on trying to figure out something you can't. You can do it.
