AT 5 a day you should be feeling alot better in a couple days...Look at the heath pages and the amino's.....Since you jog, and workout, try to do that as soon as you can...Even if you have to make yourself , you will be amazed at how you feel better, and sleep better...Good luck, and Stay strong...

time. And the thomas recipe if you look it up in the health pages. you should start feeling better by the 4th or 5 th day....there is no easy way out really. But generally, (unless your on methadone or suboxene) withdrawls last about 7-10 days. All the best
