This past weekend has been one if the best weekends!! I can't remember the last time I enjoyed myself or was even happy for that matter. But this weekend made me realize my life is so worth fighting for!!!! I feel like I got a second chance at life. I realize not everyday is going to be happy but I'm sure going to enjoy the days that are. I know I have a long road ahead of me. But after a emotional irritable week it was nice to be happy on the weekend. In case anyone was wondering yes I was sober happy only taking subs. I just wanted to share a good positive thing so it's not always negative :) Thank you everyone helping me get to where I am.

Thanks for your comment. Makes me stop and think for a minute and I need that. I can't remember when I was sober but I remember the feeling and you are lucky to have felt that.

Morning Hope, Isn't is crazy how we numbed things for so long. Kinda like waking from a tomb or a long roller coaster nightmare. Keep up all your hard work. The joy just continues!

Yes it is so nice to be intuned with the body and mind. I noticed months ago I started to sing I was happy but me body did not follow for a long time. My compo of drugs and age made that hard. You will feel much more happier I bet when you are done with subs too. So look at what you have already and what you will have in the future.......
Keep on stepping forward and never look back..

So glad u are back to you. I remember that feeling, I got sober from alcohol and had 12 years clean and sober and then the pain killers began, but I do remember how it felt. So proud of you!
