I need advice in the worst way. About my addiction

I guess I should start off by saying I have been a heroin addict for 9 years. Have been clean for 6 of those years because I'm on suboxone which I inject most of the time. I'm trying  To can off of the program and the live in normal life but I just can't seem to stop doing what I'm doing. To be honest I'm at the end of my rope and taking a bridge sounding better and better. I to have children and a husband but sometimes I feel that's not enough. I'm always depressed to the point where I don't even wanna get out of bed Could somebody please give me some advice? I feel like my my face slipping away and at times I wish it would just go faster that way it would be done and over with and I'd be gone. Please I need somebody help . I would truly appreciate it.

Hello and welcome. You took the first step by admitting you are an addict who needs help.
We are glad you reached out.
Keep the faith.
There is always hope.
Dont give up on yourself.
You are worth it.
Does the doctor who prescribes your suboxone require you to attend substance abuse recovery groups?
Such as NA, AA, celebrate recovery,
Smart recovery? Any counseling?
This would be a very important piece of your recovery.
Obviously injecting your suboxone is counterproductive.
Taking them orally and as prescribed is your goal at this time.
Keep talking to us.

Your post makes me want to cry, as does your user name Totally_Alone. And that’s because you’re not totally alone. I have no personal experience with heroin, but my daughter’s fiancée overdosed on heroin in my bathroom and, had I not found him, likely wouldn’t be alive right now...and that’s how we realized he had relapsed after 2 years clean. There were signs but always an excuse, and our complacency nearly cost him his life.

What I want you to know is that as long as you have air in your lungs, there is hope. Perhaps a different treatment program and/or counseling would be of help to you. Tomorrow is a new day, full of possibilities, and you need to fight this demon with everything you have. You are not alone, and YOU ARE WORTH IT.
Hopefully someone with more practical advice comes along, but I just wanted you to know that I’m pulling for you and praying for you.
