I need the Thomas recipe

Someone once told me of the thomas recipe to help get you through withdrawls. Is there anyone out there that has it and can give it to me?

Honestly, I tried the Thomas recipe, and I threw up all day long from all the vitamins.  I didn't feel any different at all.
