Well damn....I'm glad I watched that.  I liked what he said though I don't agree with all of it.  But I do like the idea of looking at new ways to help addicts b/c I'm not sure we're going in the right direction.

Oh no discussions are good. There are so many factors as to why some can walk away from using drugs and others can't.  I don't really know if there's a way to pin down exactly what the cause of addiction is. Genetics, environment, Brain chemistry, mental illness, personality types, depression, snxiety, no sense of belonging, or for a sense of belonging aka "community",
Csn keep adding to the lust.

Agree with some not all. But yes addicts need to be a part of sonething that helps give them purpose.

Thanks for watching and responding. I realize that a theory of addiction may not be what people in here are looking for. When I arrived here I was looking for kindred spirits with that had finished the journey I was beginning. Cold turkey from Suboxone. I had my IPS banned in NA chat while in sub withdrawal... Lol. Thanks for being there!
