OK thanks. I did try it today and definitely helped with pain. I took half teaspoon it's so gross. I thought I was onto something natural and safe. Ok ditch that idea. I will stick with California poppy and vitamins amino acids. The pain is not fun as all of you know.

No - unfortunately the answer is clear in my opinion. Kratom which I used for months is bad news in the long run.  Pharmaceuticals are regulated and though they have been the devil for many of us, at least 1 perc means one perc and 10 means 10.  With Kratom it's anybody's guess what you are actually ingesting. Avoid the substitute temptation my friend. It's a bad idea.

Yes people have tried Kratom and most stated it made them worse. We all whine and ask if there is something to help with wd. However using something that you can overdo, become addicted to and then have to wd from is not the way. Kratom may be "natural" but it can be bad news too.
