Hey darling what you up to?  I am so sorry I can't get on too much cause of studying, kids and my mum but U are in my thoughts and I just know you are going to be fine.  I believe in you and hope you can believe in yourself.  U told your husband yet?  Will he help or not?  Remember how much you have to offer the world and more importantly think about how much you can do and see in the world - FMD there's so much out there; depends what you're into I guess but birds, butterflies, travelling, cooking, plants, hiking, waterfalls, holidays, camping, kids, sport, reading, extreme sports (yep they're dangerous but not as dangerous as popping pills darling!), saving to see the Great Barrier Reef, or going to New Zealand to Bungi jumping, buying that madly expensive ring you want or getting a pamper at a spa, facial, feet, nails, hair, whole body massage, or whatever there's gotta be something nicer than feeling like Cr*p
