So it's been awhile. But every time I hit a milestone, I think about my friends and saviours here! I wouldn't be where I am today without my medhelp friends. New Year's Eve marked my 2 years off methadone. Super proud of that by the way. :) I'm not posting here to brag about how wonderful it's been (but it kinda has been. Lol). I'm here to let the new ones know that it can be done. It takes work. HARD work. Determination. And a powerful mindset. It's one of those things that you just gotta say "I've had enough". It really can happen. It did for me. And I never dreamed it could be me writing one of these posts, one that would try to help others. I was always the one looking for the persons that could help me. NOW, I just want to see others do what I've done. And that is HEAL! I have healed from the inside, to the outside. I've done that, and I feel like I've started a new life...a new adventure, even after all these years. It's an awesome feeling. :) Every single one of you have the ability to be in the same boat..my boat!! So here is to the new year...the new year for new beginnings
