if u want 2 stop get down 2 about 25mil and quit cold turkey i know it sounds rough but suboxone or anything els will just prolong ur sickness its worth it trust me when its over ull be alot happyer i wish i wouldve just took the heroin sickness its not as bad as u think dont over think it just look fowerd 2 felling better in 2 to 3 weeks the worst is over in a week good luck and god bless

you may have a valid point in many cases. I've done is in a similar way but for me the best was 5 mg. per day. I did this from 110 mg. the last time 6 years ago and it wasn't bad. The main thing is not to take opiates after methadone because that will prolong it and make everything much worse. being positive and having faith helps a lot too. here's a linc to a vid I made on the subject. all the best

I went c/t off of 25mgs.The first 2 weeks were the roughest for me.Weeks 3 and 4 were better and by week 6 I had turned the corner and felt like my old self again physically.All the best...Kim
