Our brain plays some really nasty games with us so that is why we recommend recovery care. This is a "we" thing, not an "i" thing. You are young and have so many years left to really live. I am happy to hear your dealer wouldnt give you any. As the old saying goes, 1 is too many and 1,000 isnt enough.
Totally normal. It's going to take however long it is going to take. Don't quit just before a miracle happens.
I lived on pudding cups and jello for awhile as those type of foods just slid down! Chewing anything with substance just didnt work. You used for 10 yrs so this will take some time to get everything working again. We still want that instant gratification but our body has another plan. I am not sure how old you are either but the older we get the longer it can take. Are you taking any supplements/vitamins? Those can really help. As i said earlier, this part is only temporary and you will get thru it.
As for your friend.....I have concerns with what you said. If he is really a friend and on your side he would under NO circumstances feed you anymore drugs no matter how hard you tried. I also hope you will think about some form of recovery care. Having a good support system and learning the tools we need to stay clean is very important.
The diarrhea can linger for awhile. Your body needs to get rid of those toxins. Time and patience are the 2 words we live by thru this part. Remember that this is only temporary. We have abused our bodies for a long time and it takes time to get it working properly again. As the above poster said try the immodium and make sure you are staying hydrated. Try to stay away from dairy products as that will add to the discomfort. You are doing really good so keep it going. Time to change your playground and playmates. delete that number.
Take some Imodium for the stomach issues. It also helps with withdrawals. Google opiate withdrawal and Imodium and you’ll see the benefits of it. Keep drinking plenty of fluids. And delete your dealers number!
