Marijuana addictive?

my boyfriend smokes a lot of marijuana and can't go a day without it.  he says that marijuana isn't addictive and he's not addicted to it.  i have done research and it says that marijuana is addictive and i've shown him my research, but he just won't listen to me.  So i have two questions: 1. is marijuana addictive? and 2. what is the right way to approach my b/f about this?  Thank you so much for your help

i think it's just become such a habit of his, that he just considers it part of his day... like having a cup of coffee.  I had a life like that one time, I always wanted to get high.  And it's such a mild drug that you can do it everyday and still live a normal life.

I grew out of it though... it got boring, and made me a boring person.  I'm a better person without it... i get quiet after smoking pot.  I want my brain for thinking now marijuana doesn't help with that.

Pot is not physically addictive which means that your bf won't feel any physical pain, wd's if he stops, BUT the mental aspect is not to be neglected.
The only way to "approach" this is for him to want to stop! You can't do it for him girl, it's all in his hands.
Best of luck to you!
