Day 4

Feeling a bit better today. I am staying at my dads so have a lot to keep me busy. Just fighting the low energy and no hunger! Forcing myself to eat but it is so hard! I am so determined to get threw this! One minute, one hour, one day at a time!

Your body is readjusting every minute of the day, so instead of being in the mindset you are only improving by the day remember that you are getting better with every single hour that passes.  Sometimes whole days feel like a super long time when going through W/D's, instead think of it in multi hour increments.  You will technically be better 2 hours from now than you are right now.

Hey girl!! Glad day 5 is treating ya a little better! Happy to hear you were able to eat a little,  try to stay busy, busy, busy. Keep that mind occupied, lol. Hang in there!!

Congrats on 4 days!!!  Try some "smooth" foods that just slide down.  I found food with any substance was hard to chew and swallow.  Pudding cups come to mind along with malts or shakes!!  Yes i am hungry right now!!  Remember this isnt a race so just take it like you are, one day at a time~
