How long do physical symptoms last being off methadone,my energy level is the worst part?

hey! so hear you are doing good, I just wanted to say that if you ever have an urge to get back on anything, go to the subs doc first, you will feel much more normal than being on methadone. I wish you a Speedy recovery!

ty i have done rea;;y well i think the highest i was at was 100 ,but not long at all it was like a month ,the two yrs i was on it it was like 85-90 but oddly enuff i feel great ,never even had a problem sleeping,except one night i got up at like 12 and couldnt go back to sleep till 4 am,but i made up for it the next night,i went down to 10mg going down 5 a week  ,and jumped off,120mg,CT? thats nuts,my sleeping i have been blessed in that area cuz i hear people so anxiet that they keep themselves up.I have remained very peaceful and calm thru it ,getting upset makes your dt's worse,Im glad i figured that much out before i quit lol,I know God gets all the credit for my smooth ride,i know how sick i could have been,i had a few issues but man ill tell ya,i cant complain.Thank you for answering my question........Danielle xoxo ...11dys today!!
