I've been trying to figure this one out. It appears that there are essential/non-essential ones and so many different types. Is there an amino acid supplement that contains the ones we need or is there a certain one we need? I'm sorry, but this is confusing when people keep saying take amino acids.
Thanks weaver. I get paid tomorrow, so plan to get the vitamins and amino acids to help me get over this lethargic, depressive hump. Gah, I hate this feeling so much.
