day 6 cant stand this creepy crawly feeling

so im oin day 6 clean from ct of oxys.  i feel quite a bit better still really tired and lazy.  sore and major headaches.  and this damn creepy crawly feeling just wont go awy.  especially when im sleeping.  i just cant stand it.  how much longer is this gunna last.  or any wasy to help get rid of it.  thanks everyone

sleeping with that feeling is difficult.. Congrats on 6 days. Have you tried the Hylands restless leg Valerian root ? take a look at the amino acid protocol. bottom right. I have read a lot of good things about it.. if not as mentioned above Hot baths/showers and a couple more days.. This does pass so hang in there.. lesa

ya well i got about 4 hrs of sleep the past few niughts.  jsut waking up like 100 times rolling around switching from the bed to the couch and pacing for a bit.  the days go good but the nights suck and last for ever

hmmm....none of the feelings you have now should last much longer....energy and motovation being last to return...you say that you get that feeling even when sleeping.....well for that count your blessings cause at least you are sleeping...it took about two weeks before I started sleeping and about a month to get back to half decent sleep...I think that once you start sleeping 1/2 way good your energy returns...but yeah that creepy crawly feelin should be leaving you soon

hi and congrats on 6 days...yeah the creepy crawly skin feeling is terrible....my hands felt numb sometimes during wds....have you tried hot baths or showers?  that might help you.....i m not sure if there is any medication that will help with this....it will go away...just hang in there and keep fighting....maria :)
